An opportunity to immerse yourself for 3 days of traditional practice on the 3 parts - physical, breath and mind - of the Da Xuan tradition. Open to all* especially beginners and guided by an experienced practitioner Laetitia who has been teaching and practicing 21 years , whom undertook herself under the guidance of her teacher a 2 year retreat to dedicate to only Da Xuan practice all day everyday for 24 months. Practices include : Seated Mind work / Meditation Breathing / Energetic work Physical / Dao Yin - Daoist Yoga Da Xuan Qigong Martial practice / Partner drills / Applications Payment & Details Cost: $ 955 / person Includes accommodation, food and teaching.
